1. Returns
If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: Contact our customer service team at duynttm0901@gmail.com with your order details to initiate the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
2. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different shade or item, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Exchange Process: Contact customer service to arrange the exchange. We will process your exchange once the original item is received. Any difference in price will be refunded or charged, based on the new item selected.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
